Wine description

The Antica Fratta's Franciacorta Brut is a sparkling wine produced using the traditional method. It's a Franciacorta elegantly fresh and lively, characterised by pleasant fruity and floral aromas. Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, this is a “no vintage” wine, which does not bear the year of production because it is obtained from the "assemblage" of wines from different years. Excellent as an aperitif but it can also be served throughout a meal. It is particularly suitable for delicate dishes of fish and white meat.

Tasting Notes

Color: pale yellow with greenish highlights. Scent: notes of white-fleshed fruit, juicy citrus fruits, fresh almonds and a hint of bread crust. Taste: full with a definite acid tinge with lively freshness and flavor, fine and persistent mousse.
