The Andreola's Prosecco 26° Primo is a Valdobbiadene Docg with an "extra brut" temperament that was born in the heart of the appellation area, the Rive di Col San Martino, on 4 hectares of steep and ancient soils of glacial origin, at an average altitude included between 250 and 350 meters above sea level. They are the most historic vineyards of the company, those that give sparkling wines greater aromatic and gustatory complexity. With an elegant, fine and persistent perlage, "26° Primo" is an ideal sparkling wine for appetizers and suitable to be paired with any dish, including fish. It is recommended to serve at 10-12 ° C.
