Tasting Notes

This complex wine reveals elegant red fruits aromas (cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant), as well as a sweet roundness and a very long finish.

Vinification

Very ripen grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning to preserve all the aromas. They are then sorted and destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation starts and neutral alcohol is added over the cap (grape floating on the top of the vat) in stainless steel tank. Five weeks of maceration with daily pumping over to extract the best components of the skins (aromas, color, tannins).
