Wine description
The Cascina Baricchi's Barbaresco Rosé delle Casasse comes from a small vineyard of the Rosé type planted in 1913 in Neive. It is an exclusive wine with a production of only 1,200 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Color: bright ruby red with orange nuances Scent: balanced with notes of sweet spices and violet Taste: elegant and powerful at the same time
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25C° with inoculated yeast. Maceration in contact with the skins for 25 days.
Ageing
48 months in 500L and 700L non-toasted French Oak Allier barriques. 24 months in bottle.
