Tasting Notes

Color: intense garnet red with ruby nuance Scent: fresh flowers, little red currants, ripe cherries, with raspberries and plums, with tertiary hints of licorice and spices Taste: layered and deep, generous and solid, energetic with a well balanced tannic texture and long persistence

Vinification

10 days at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.

Ageing

24 months in oak barriques.
