Tasting Notes
Color: ruby red that tends to garnet. Scent: lovely bouquet with wild strawberry, cranberry and undergrowth notes that are well defined and neatly embrace the 30% new oak. Taste: the palate is medium-bodied with quite dense tannin, good weight in the mouth and offers some lovely black pepper and sage infused red fruit on the long finish.
