Mediterranean white wine of good structure from Vermentino grapes, made by what's nowadays the most recognized winery of northern Sardinia

Tasting Notes

Color: straw yellow with golden highlights Nose: opens rich and complex with wild flowers, hawthorn, lilac, rosemary, thyme, lavender, pineapple and flint. Taste: dry, lively, full and rich, with fruity and aromatic pulp, the finish is long and lingering with rich mineral flavor and elegant fullness.

Vinification

4 week fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C

Ageing

4-6 months in new and used barriques, undergoing the malolactic fermentation
