Tasting Notes

Color: straw yellow with golden highlights Nose: opens rich and complex with wild flowers, hawthorn, lilac, rosemary, thyme, lavender, pineapple and flint. Taste: dry, lively, full and rich, with fruity and aromatic pulp, the finish is long and lingering with rich mineral flavor and elegant fullness.
