The Blanc de Rouge Extra Brut, classic method, is a very versatile sparkling wine made with Schiava, the most common red grape from South Tyrol, vinified in white. This sparkling wine stays 30 months on the lees. Floral and fruity notes are the first aromas you can find in the glass. The mouth is dry and leaves a bitter almond aftertaste.
