Wine description

Delaplace Champagne Brut is one of the best champagne in the Vallée de la Marne area. Made with a blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot noir and Chardonnay, it has a softly textured with a yellow fruit and apple flavour profile. It perfectly pairs with any type of food, especially with fish courses.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Pleasantly fresh, beautiful persistent in the mouth, delicate golden bubbles that stimulate the palate. Soft and fruity with notes of mandarin, apple and pineapple.
