Wine description
The Doro Princic's Cabernet Franc is a red wine made of 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, grown in the vineyards in Collio.
Tasting Notes
Color: intense ruby red Scent: herbal when young; as it ages, it improves and becomes elegant and of a great structure Taste: soft and velvety, with robust tannins and a fruity finish
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration for 25 days.
Ageing
24 months in small 20HL oak barrels, then assembled in steel tanks and then left in the bottle for 2 months.
