Tasting Notes
Color: cherry-red with a pink shimmer. Scent: intense, fruity (plum, blackberry) with notes of leather, tea and smoke. Taste: medium-bodied, soft, fruity, finely bitter, fresh.
Vinification
Spontaneous grape mash fermentation in large cask.
Ageing
A few months in small and large cask. Aging in the bottle for about one year.
