Wine description

The Val delle Corti's Chianti Classico is made exclusively from Sangiovese (95%) and Canaiolo (5%) grapes. Chianti Classico Val delle Corti represents both the specific Radda terroir and the basic principle leading Val delle Corti's commitment as winegrowers: sustainable development. The results is an excellent expression of the Sangiovese grapes, that will conquer you with with its freshness and great structure.

Vinification

3 weeks in stainless steel, 30% of the mass lays on the skins for 4 months at controlled temperature with natural yeasts.

Ageing

24 months in large Slavinian oak casks 2000-3000 litre followerd by a bottle ageing of 3 months.
