Wine description

Organic viticulture is practiced at 'A Vita, in the Cirò appellation, giving birth to this traditional wine, characterized by a Mediterranean identity, with great tannins and able to age for very long.

Spontaneous fermentation in steel vats with maceration on the skins for 5 days.
