Wine description
The Hartmann Donà's Donà Rouge is born from the idea to create something truly special with the local Schiava grapes, rediscovering and reinterpreting the potential, partly forgotten and undervalued, of this old vine. A gentle and careful processing in the cellar and the addition of 2% Lagrein and 3% of Pinot Noir complete the idea of Donà Rouge. It is a red wine with great character, spicy and soft, very harmonious.
Ageing
23-month in wooden barrels and 2-years bottle ageing.
