Wine description

The Cascina Baricchi's Et Voilà is a sparkling white wine produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes using the traditional method. The wine rest in bottle on the lees for 72 months before the dégorgement. Et Voilà due to its fragrance characteristics is pleasant to drink as an aperitif or when paired with seafood courses.

Tasting Notes

Color: straw-yellow with golden reflections Scent: intense aromas of mint and sage, with notes of flowering bergamot, candied citrus fruits, lychees and apricots that match with buttery pastries and almond notes Taste: very fine perlage, fresh and rich with harmonious pastry notes.

Vinification

Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22°C in a stainless steel tanks.

Ageing

6 months in stainless steel vats. Dégorgement after the wine aged, on the lees, in the bottle for 72 months.
