Wine description

The Rocca del Principe's Fiano di Avellino is a white wine exclusively obtained from Fiano grapes harvested in the vineyards owned by the winery. This Fiano di Avellino is one of the best expressions of its territory. It is a wine with enormous potential with complex aromas and great flavors, all played on a fresh and tasty mineral balance.

Tasting Notes

Yellow strow-coloured, on the nose has elegant floreal notes and fruity aromas, notes of aromatic erbs and some hydrocarbon and iodate notes. Dry at palate, fresh, sapid with a long aromatic persistence.

Vinification

Harvested during the first weeks of October. Temperature controlled fermentation for 40 days in stainless steel vats.

Ageing

10 months on the lees in stainless steel vats.
