Wine description

From the best parcel of his vineyards in Summonte, the Ciro 906 is the top label of Ciro Picariello. Delivering a remarkable complexity, with a great minerality, sapidity and longevity, this wine can age for long and improve with time.

Tasting Notes

Yellow straw, intense white flowers, hydrocarbon and toasted notes on the nose, freshness, structure and minerality in the mouth.

Vinification

The must is kept at 8°C for 24 hours, and the fermentation completed at 12-13°C controlled temperature.

Ageing

For 12 months in stainless steel tanks with bâtonnage.
