Wine description

I Favati's "Pietramara White Label" is a Fiano di Avellino that expresses with great personality the territory in which it is produced. It can be apprecciate for its splendid balance, which combines freshness, fragrance and flavor, with an enveloping and roundness that only the best whites are capable of giving. Perfect with seafood and excellent with shellfish, it is a simply wonderful white wine.

Tasting Notes

Color: straw yellow with golden reflections. Scent: rich and elegant with mineral scents and perfumes of white flowers, nuts, citrus and herbs with notes of tropical fruit and yellow-fleshed fruit, such as pineapple and plum. Taste: creamy and elegant, concentrated and refreshing, agile and direct, with great freshness and savory finish.

Vinification

Cryomaceration and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Ageing

At least 6 months in steel tanks and 12 months in bottle.
