Wine description

The Castellada's Friulano is a white wine made of 100% Friulano grapes, growns in the vineyards in Collio. This wine has all the credentials to surprise with its structure and persistence.

Tasting Notes

Golden color, the nose has well-defined aromas of wild flowers, apricot, citrus fruits followed by a mineral scent and a slight spiciness of white pepper. In the mouth it is full, fresh, structured and with great persistence.

Vinification

Fermentation in Slavonian oak open vats for 4 days, then in barriques and tonneaux.

Ageing

11 months in barriques / tonneaux and 12 months in stainless steel tanks and at least 12 months in bottles.
