Wine description

The strict limitation to 4 vines and the limited quantity of bottles produced guarantee the permanent quality control and the production of a truly precious wine that perfectly represent the identity of Taschlerhof winery.

Tasting Notes

Bright color, straw yellow with golden reflections. Pronounced and complex aroma. Scent of ripe exotic fruit, floral and herbaceous, with an elegant citrus note. Important and full body. Vinous taste, with hints of small red fruit. Fresh aftertaste, pleasantly bitter and with fresh acidity.

Vinification

Harvested in mid October, temperature-controlled fermentation in steel.

Ageing

Aging of young wine for 30% in large barrels and 70% in steel.
