Wine description

The Agricole Vallone's Graticciaia is a red wine made with Negroamaro grapes, certainly one of the most important wines produced by the Vallone winery.

Tasting Notes

Color: bright garnet red. Scent: rich, intense and very complex, with notes of blackberries, licorice dried flowers, humus and sweet spices. Taste: intense, round and austere, rich in aromas, with notes of licorice and vigorous tannins.

Vinification

Grapes dried on racks and wine-making in steel tanks.

Ageing

26 months in steel tank and 12 in barrique.
