Wine description

I Favati's Greco di Tufo Terrantica, in its "black label" version, is an extremely versatile white wine. It's a Greco di Tufo that fits really well with everything; from fish to white meat, up to vegetarian dishes, it is just wonderful.

Tasting Notes

Color: intense straw yellow. Scent: notes of citrus fruit, yellow fruit enriched with floral shades of iris and pleasant almond tones. Taste: very fresh, drinkable and tasty, with a good salinity supported by a persisten fruit.

Vinification

Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Ageing

Some months in steel tanks.
