I Favati's Greco di Tufo Terrantica, in its "white label" version, has a fresh and gentle personality. Aged in steel tanks for at least a year, it's an excellent Greco di Tufo, that perfectly expresses the essence of one of the most important denominations in Campania. With its good balance, supported by an excellent combination of flavor and freshness and long persistence, Greco di Tufo Terrantica it's a perfect pairs for the most refined courses.

Tasting Notes

Color: golden yellow. Scent: intense and clean with adorable notes of citrus, yellow fruits and white flower, followed by nuances of aromatic herbs. Taste: balanced, juicy and rich, with good salinity and long freshness.

Vinification

Cryomaceration and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Ageing

Some months in steel tanks and 12 months in bottle.
