Wine description

This Fiano is made from a blend of grapes from the young vineyards located in the Montefredane and Summonte villages, delivering good frehsness and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Yellow straw, white flowers and citrus notes, good persistency and complexity.

Vinification

Must is kept at 8°C for 24 hours, fermentation is completed in 60 days at 12-13°C controlled temperature.

Ageing

6 months in stainless steel tanks with bâtonnage.
