Wine description

The Luigi Oddero's Langhe Bianco is made with 75% Chardonnay and 25% Viognier grapes, growing the vineyards in La Morra and Santa Maria at Plaustra (Piedmont). It has a good ageing potential and its freshness makes it an excellent pre-dinner drink and pairs well with appetizers, first-course dishes, fish, shellfish and also poultry.

Color: bright straw-yellow Scent: delicate aromas of tropical fruit, citrus fruit, aromatic herbs and wild flowers Taste: full, well-balanced, savoury and very persistent

Vinification

1 month in stainless steel and thermal-conditioned vat at 15° - 17° C.

Ageing

6 to 7 months at low temperature in stainless steel vats and/or in small 500 to 700-litre barrels.
