Wine description

The Luigi Oddero's Langhe Nebbiolo is produced with Nebbiolo grapes coming vineyards located in La Morra. This Nebbiolo stands out for its unmistakable, intense, persistent, and remarkably pleasant aroma. Its excellent tannic texture enhances the structure, making it well-suited for aging.

Vinification

Fermentation with maceration for 8 to 10 days with indigenous yeasts.

Ageing

In stainless steel vats and then 12-24 months in medium/large-size french oak barrels. 12 months in bottle
