Moscato d'Asti 2015 Luigi Oddero

Wine description

The Luigi Oddero's Moscato d'Asti is a sweet, lightly sparkling wine that comes from the vineyards located in Cascina Fiori in Trezzo Tinella (Piedmont). It has a true flavor of grape juice that pairs wonderfully with hazelnut biscuits and cakes but it is also excellent with peach and strawberry fruit salads.

Tasting Notes

Color: light yellow with a green tinge Scent: fragrant and fresh, with notes of orange blossom, lychee, gardenia and aromatic herbs such as lemon balm Taste: the same notes perceived in the nose are exalted by a fine perlage with a slight acidity, fresh and savoury with a mentholated and sage aftertaste.

Vinification

Natural fermentation in autoclave for 1 month
