Tasting Notes
Color: straw yellow Scent: fine and elegant, fruity and complex, over time it takes on a large bouquet of fruit (peach, pear). Notes of wild flowers. Taste: dry, with softness and acidity perfectly balanced
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine remains on its lees in steel tanks for at least 8 months before being bottled.
