Wine description
The Zymè's Recioto della Valpolicella Ammandorlato is a sweet red wine produced with a blend of 5 different grape varieties, Corvina 30%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 5%, Croatina 5%, coming from the vineyard in Negrar di Valpolicella. This wine was dedicated “Al Mio Maestro”, his “teacher” Giuseppe Quintarelli, by the producer Celestino Gaspari. The wine has been produced only in the vintage 2011.
