The Zymè's Recioto della Valpolicella is a passito red wine produced with a blend of 5 different grape varieties, Corvina 30%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 5%, Croatina 5%, coming from the vineyard in Negrar di Valpolicella. The sweetness is largely balanced by the freshness and the complexity of this special wine, showing a great drinkability.
