Tasting Notes

Color: bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Scent: rich and intense with scents of yellow fruits, citrus peel, flowers and aromatic herbs. Taste: fruity, smooth, savory, structured, with an intense freshness and a good persistence.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, when perfectly ripe and in the coolest hours of the morning. The whole grapes are softly pressed in the cellar. After a first racking, the must is placed in the fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature.

Ageing

Aging on its fine lees for at least 8 months before being bottled.
