Wine description

Organic viticulture is practiced at 'A Vita, in the Cirò appellation, giving birth to this distinctive wine, characterized by a Mediterranean identity and a pleasant freshness to clean the mouth.

Tasting Notes

Colour: soft pink Scent: intense with aromas of wild strawberries, violet, red fruits and Mediterranean bush Taste: pleasant, fresh with savory and fruity returns.

Vinification

Maceration for 12 hours. Spontaneous fermentation in steel vats.

Ageing

9 months in steel vats for on the lees.
