Tasting Notes

Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Scent: expressive notes of tropical fruits, citrus, wild herbs, sage and other aromatic herbs. Taste: smooth, elegant and a velvety taste, good body and drinkability.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, perfectly ripe and in the coolest hours of the morning. In the cellar, soft pressing of whole grapes. The first flower must, after a first decanting, is placed in fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature.

Ageing

Aging on its fine lees for at least 8 months before bottling.
