Kante's Sauvignon best expresses the character of the territory where its produced. It reveals a great character, enriched with soft and aromatic scents and the typical minerality of the karst soil of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia, Italy.

Tasting Notes

This Sauvignon wine has an intense straw yellow color. It has a great balance with notes of native herbs, fruit aromas and a good minerality typical of the karst soil. A game between freshness and softness. The closure is long and pleasantly savory.

Ageing

Aging in old French oak barrels for 12 months and 6 months in steel tanks. The wine is bottled without filtration. Final alcohol content of 12%.
