Tasting Notes

In the glass it shows a crystalline straw yellow color in which the elegant golden reliefs suggest the wise use of wood. The nose, has a rare finesse with vegetal notes of sage, mint and pleasant notes of tomato leaf. It also has hints of white fruit, tropical fruit and yellow grapefruit. Over time the nose is enriched with perfumes of orange blossoms and jasmine. In the mouth, it stands out for its structure, flavor and freshness, all supported by an important body and by an equally clear softness; a tasting that never seems to end thanks to the long persistence and pleasantness.
