Wine description

Solenne is the first Italian Ice Wine, produced since 1995 from the native Moscato Bianco grape variety of Piedmont. Crafted from naturally frozen, non-botrytized grapes and pressed while still frozen, this extraordinary dessert wine combines rarity with remarkable concentration. Deep amber in colour with orange highlights, it offers an exceptionally rich aromatic profile, featuring notes of tea, dried apricot, raisins, peach syrup, figs and dates, enriched by hints of paprika and tamarind. The palate is vibrant and persistent, finishing with elegant flavours of caramelized fresh rhubarb and quince jelly.
