The Pacherhof 's Sylvaner is a white wine produced with 100% Sylvaner grapes coming from the vineyards located in Novacella in the Valle d'Isarco, at 650 meters above sea level. Thanks to its freshness is a perfect pair with sushi.

Sylvaner is a fresh South Tyrolean white wine with delicate aromas of gooseberry and tropical fruits, with a fresh minerality on the palate.

6 months in big oak barrels.
