Wine description

The Pacherhof 's Sylvaner Alte Reben is a white wine produced with 100% Sylvaner grapes coming from vines of over 40 years old, located in Novacella in the Valle d'Isarco, at 650 meters above sea level. Grown in a unique microclimate, in the most cold area of Alto Adige region, it perfectly represent the strength of this territory.

Tasting Notes

Medium bodied, smooth and elegant, with intense notes of melon, pear and apple, with notes of white flowers. In the mouth is nice, mineral and firm with a beautiful complexity and persistence that ends with notes of almond and ripe apricot.

Ageing

6 months in big acacia barrels.
