Wine description

This classic Valpolicella is the historical expression of red wines of the area, not produce with dried grapes. The vineyards are located mainly in Marano, and in Fumane, in the heart of classic Valpolicella. The harvest is slightly late, grapes are hand-picked and selected, the style is absolutely clean and elegant, giving a crispy refreshing red, with good acidity and a long pleasant length.

Vinification

Hand-picked grapes are destemmed and not pressed, only worked by gravity, maceration in stainless steel for 12 days and temperature-controlled fermentation.

Ageing

10 months in stainless steel and 4 months in the bottle before release.
