Wine description
From his vineyards in Montefredane village, Ciro Picariello makes this great traditional Fiano di Avellino, a refreshing complex white with great ageing potential.
Tasting Notes
Yellow straw, white flowers, flint and mineral notes, good structure and complexity.
Vinification
Must is kept at 8°C for 24 hours, fermentation is completed in 60 days at 12-13°C controlled temperature.
Ageing
10 months in stainless steel tanks with bâtonnage.
