Rosato 2022 Attanasio

Wine description

The Azienda Agricola Attanasio is managed by a typical family of Salento wine growers. Giuseppe Attanasio takes care of the vineyards, about 6 hectares of Apulian sapling in the Manduria countryside, with over seventy years of experience. The cellar is built in a late nineteenth century building. The wines reflect the traditions, the territory and the passion of the Attanasio family in the wine making.

Tasting Notes

Cherry pink color. The scent is intense, fragrant, broad, blackberry and red currants. On the palate is fresh, savory and balanced with fruity notes.

Vinification

Cold maceration for 20 days before alcoholic fermentation in steel.

Ageing

Aged 7 months in steel vats.
