Wine description

Follow The Line is an exceptionally elegant expression of old-vine Cinsault from Darling. The vineyard was planted in 1982 and consists of dry-farmed bush vines growing in decomposed granite soils. Its unusual name comes from the vineyard's only real landmark: a telephone pole. Light on its feet yet remarkably expressive, the wine reveals delicate aromas of cherry blossom and rose petals, followed by a silky, almost ethereal palate. Fine tannins and bright acidity give the wine energy and length, making this a sophisticated example of how beautifully Cinsault can perform in the right site.
