The Pacherhof 's Grüner Veltliner is a white wine produced with 100% Grüner Veltliner grapes coming from the vineyards located in Novacella, at 600 meters above sea level.

Vinification

Fermentation at controlled temperature.

Ageing

Aged in large 20-hectolitre French oak barrels up to 6 months.
