Wine description

The Margherita's Ortrugo is a white wine produced with 100% Ortrugo grapes, coming from the vineyards located on Piacenza hills, on loamy and calcareous soils of Val D'Arda.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow color tending to the greenish, delicate and distinctive flavor. Intense aroma, with hints of mint and fresh flowers.

Vinification

Soft squeezing and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
