Wine description

The strict limitation to 4 vines and the limited quantity of bottles produced guarantee the permanent quality control and the production of a truly precious wine that perfectly represent the identity of Taschlerhof winery.

Tasting Notes

Color ranging from green-yellow to bright yellow. Fruity aroma with exotic tones, comparable to freshly dried hay. Important and full body with excellent structure.

Vinification

Harvested in mid October, temperature-controlled fermentation in steel.

Ageing

30% of the wine aging in large barrels and 70% in steel.
