Tasting Notes

Color: ruby red. Scent: notes of blackberry, blueberry and raspberry, then fruity touches of sour cherry and spicy and toasted aromas. Taste: harmonious, elegant, intense and velvety, with well integrated tannins and pleasant freshness.

Vinification

Alcoholic fermentation in wood for 3-4 weeks.

Ageing

23 months in wooden barrels and 24 months in bottle.
