Tasting Notes
Color: ruby red. Scent: aromas of black currant, walnut husk, black pepper, pipe tobacco and vegetal notes. Taste: soft on the palate, well supported by velvety tannins and good freshness. Persistent in the final.
Vinification
The vinification takes place through the following phases: pressing, de-stemming, fermentation at 28 ° C, maceration for 10 days, separation of the marc and malolactic fermentation in barriques.
Ageing
18 months in barriques of Troncais and in bottle for another 6 months.
