Vinification
The vinification takes place through the following phases: pressing, de-stemming, fermentation at 28 ° C, maceration for 10 days, separation of the marc and malolactic fermentation in barriques.
Ageing
18 months in barriques of Troncais and in bottle for another 6 months.
