Wine description

The strict limitation to 4 vines and the limited quantity of bottles produced guarantee the permanent quality control and the production of a truly precious wine that perfectly represent the identity of Taschlerhof winery.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow color with light green reflections. Very typical in its clean and distinct bouquet with delicate fruity notes (peach, pear). Vinous taste, fresh at the end. The acidity is harmoniously linked to the fruity structure.

Vinification

Harvested in mid October the grapes go to the alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.

Ageing

Aging 50% in steel and 50% in large oak barrels on the lees for about 4 months.
