Thief In The Night is a vibrant Rhône-inspired blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah from the Piekenierskloof. The grapes come from dry-farmed old bush vines planted in sandstone-derived soils, giving the wine an expressive combination of fruit, herbs and mineral freshness. The varieties are co-fermented with wild yeasts, allowing the wine to develop naturally while preserving the character of the vineyard. Red berries and blackberries dominate the palate, complemented by subtle herbal notes and silky tannins. Juicy, aromatic and wonderfully energetic, it is a beautifully balanced red with plenty of personality.
