Wine description

A distinctive South African white blend inspired by the warm, dry character of the greater Swartland. WhiteBlack combines Roussanne, Marsanne and Grenache Blanc, bringing together freshness, mineral character and ripe Mediterranean fruit. Sourced from vineyards on the southern slopes of the Paardeberg and grown on decomposed granite soils, the wine is naturally fermented and matured in older French oak. The result is a beautifully textured white with bright minerality, ripe stone-fruit character and a subtle savoury complexity. Elegant yet generous, WhiteBlack offers an intriguing alternative to more conventional white blends and has the structure to develop beautifully with age.
